"Sharia Law is an Extremist Radical Islamic law which allows for decapitation of human body parts. Resulting from open air accusations of crimes that one may or not be guilty of. For example another problem with it is where a husband can have a wife stoned to death in the middle of the street simply for saying she has been unfaithful. This law is not very tolerant of gays, thieves, Or even a child, for saying she or he has been accused of some other type infraction.
Let's hope this barbaric form of legal remediation against the accused in our society never comes to light, or accepted as common practice. Although, in New York City this form of legal(Sharia Law) remedy has been called on in matters of Islamic adjudication. Though, the severity of the punishment may vary. But, if allowed to become common practice the limits of punishment are usually not restricted by our form of government. In America we have a uniform system of laws and punishments.
I don't think we should be giving special preferences to those who may practice barbaric remediation's against the accused. But,the idea that one is driving down the road and one is seeing someone's wife getting her head chopped off. Is horrible and should never be accepted in the US. This is what Governor Jindal is directly speaking about. No doubt because unlike others, he has probably seen these victims and the blood strewn across the street! The first time you see a decapitation you will never be the same!
Other sides to Sharia Law are that you are not allowed to leave the faith. Those who who do can suffer immediate death. Women will experience little if any freedoms. Rape is an everyday occurrence for them, as well as children. If you did a search from Pakistan for example. On the number of young girls raped and then tortured, you would be shocked. But, even more, Sharia Courts can find these young women guilty of sexual promiscuity. Even after the facts show they are the victims of rape and sodomy!" JRH-2015 NDMH

Local Sharia courts in Bangladesh regularly punish raped minor girls and women by flogging and beating them with shoes.[1] Similar cases of punishing raped women are Mina v. the State, Bibi v. the State and Bahadur v. the State.[2] Sharia courts in Pakistan have punished thousands of raped women by long term imprisonment.[3] You might think that such horrific barbarity cannot be the real Sharia law; that it is a misapplication of the law by ignorant clergy.
Sadly, neither is true.There is a traceable dynamic in Sharia Law that is bound to lead to this barbarity. And unless we abandon these laws we will never be able to emerge from this barbarity. It was a blunder that Muslim jurists included rape in the Hudood section of Sharia Law that deals with murder, bodily harm, apostasy, drinking, defamation, theft, adultery and highway robbery.
