LET'S GIVE EVERYONE AN EVEN BREAK!

AND STOP THE DOUBLE STANDARD AND BIAS THAT EXISTS IN THE US HIRING PROCESS

"Yes Mr. President we know there are lots of jobs but still some are suffering. Let's really give every on an even chance to get ahead.

Eighteen people we're being prayed over in churches this week because they still can't find jobs due the draconian background checks they have experienced.

Today the Antebellum atmosphere that some people need to be measured by certain limitations beyond their control. Must cease to continue its present form.

Where those limitations now antiquated, only serve to shackle the hearts and minds of -certain- members of our society. and it's high time to treat every member of our communities as human beings.

Considering the fact that in today's world some groups want to give all the privileges to those who've never done anything to deserved them.

While denying others the same privileges they deserve as citizens of this great nation.worth certain the privileges enshrined in our Founding Principles born with certain unalienable rights!

These are people like any other who've made mistakes but paid, their dues.Yet, illegals are being brought in by the droves because liberal agenda says they can.

In their sanctuary cities. Still in the news we hear of the rapes and murders of young women, sadly to no avail many assailants get a get-out-of-jail card; as ICE is denied entry!

It's time to stop the bias and double standard in the hiring process. While many exist and people are still out of work many employers still utilize antiquated tactics to keep many worthy individuals from getting jobs.

Liberal agendas and somewhat bigoted antiquated practices force many families and individuals to seek out help from churches and social self help groups.

Offering aid to one segment of the population while denying others that much needed second chance at life; is also a form of discrimination and a shameful way to treat humans.

Unfortunately in today's world Political Correctness doesn't afford all people the same luxury because sadly many of us aren't living or are we privileged enough to reap them in the world some people clam to live in!"
