“It is no wonder that today we live in a perverted society. Ever increasingly Depraved, Twisted, and most often Devoid of Christian morals and values. It is no wonder then that the deterioration and ever crumbling of many families; mainly lower middle class, low income and poor families have and are experiencing this in ever greater numbers. Not that many in the upper classes aren’t but, that poverty destroys families in far greater numbers. So does sinfulness enter the minds of all involved when God is absent and not obeyed.

Poverty leads to greater opportunities leading to drug abuse, prostitution, juvenile delinquency and other failures in a society. Where the man or father is absent in a family; there can sin enter, drugs can enter, as poverty and delinquency can take over. You can blame some men, I won’t argue that with you. But, when you do, make sure you hold back that stone and do a little weeding around your own backyard. Women are not infallible to sin, to drugs, to vices that hinder and help in the destruction of families. It’s a two way street. Some think they can find greener pastures elsewhere, when the going gets tough.

Just like there was time when women could not speak out against those would be oppressors who day and night relentlessly haunted them, deprived them of their personal and civil rights.  Just as women with the help of people from all walks of life, mainly feminist jurors and groups. All banded together to carve out the rights they so justly deserved, Today men all over the world are standing and being heard when it comes to the epidemic of reverse discrimination, suppressed individual and civil rights; in court settings.

Men no longer have to coward to those in the legal system who for far too long have also oppressed them, denied them their rights, and wrongfully incarcerated them simply for wanting a just and fair union with their children. Thirty or even fifty years ago who would’ve heard of Parental Alienation, CPS fraud, coercion, and even CPS child abuse and or Family Court bias against men? Today, more than 16 states have either passed Parental Rights Laws or the minority of them have failed to pass these laws for reasons that don’t merit argument.

At least one of these states sent the legislation back because, representatives required stronger and broader policy, one other state failed to pass the new law because the time to vote on the bill had expired. Not overly compelling reasons but simple minded ones. Today, states like Florida and others have groups that are strongly pushing for Parental Rights. Not just for one parent but, for both. There are three times the number of legislators who are considering and or signing unto these bills. While, the number of groups who are advocating for Parental and Fathers Rights has tripled and quadrupled worldwide.

Because Parental Rights and Fathers Rights are not just a local problem but a global problem. And if we as parents and as in our case fathers fighting for civil rights. We must help make all aware that if we cannot take control of our rights to our children? Someone else will! Today, distorted laws and Corrupt Family Courts throughout the globe still cater to the rights of women. While, disregarding and often downright denying the rights of men. Men have been dragged into courts all over this land, denied their drivers licenses, placed liens on their properties, and have had intolerable and unjust child support orders placed on them.

I’ve spoken about this and many other issues for well over 20 years, mostly to deaf ears. But, as I noted above, today the legislators, the courts, private and public entities are taking a closer look and interest on the disparity of the Family Court System. When it comes to treating both men and women on a level playing field. Today, more than ever men need to speak out, support organizations fighting for their rights to their children. And not ‘no thrills’ rights, but Equal Rights like the ones I advocate on my site and all other sites I peak on and am engaged with!”    JRH-2015 NDMH-CRFN

POLITICS HAS BECOME LIKE ONE BIG PONZI SCHEME! APRIL FOOLS EDITION-2015

TIME TO RETHINK THE PARADIGM; AMERICA ELECTS BUREAUCRATS TO MAKE DECISIONS, ABOUT WHAT HANDOUTS THEY SHOULD GET!

"In the face of all of this, and having had my sidekick eat a previous revision to this note. It's taken me a couple of hours to get a hold of myself; after seeing my work disappear at the click of a key. Suffice it to say. I must give respect to whom deserves my respect. And try to continue with that revision; that went to Heaven I guess? Elizabeth Warren Senator from Massachusetts stood her ground back on November 18, 2013. While being psychologically attacked by her peers on the question of adjusting social security either to the PCI or PCI-E? Which she favored, although it was the better halve of two evils those on the other side of the aisle were trying to push through.

There are a ton of great people out there who are working tirelessly for causes that we all do and should care about. Many of which are being mentioned here and on this I think we are all on the same page. But, what I like about Elizabeth Warren and I carefully point this out. Is that she stuck to her guns not only back in 2013 but, in the recent conversation and arguments over the same issue of Social Security. Let's face it, there are a lot of gavones out there who could care less about the poor and less privileged. Having said that, Michael McAuliff, Politics, Huff Post wrote the column that I'm about to quote from in Elizabeth's own words. Take a look at this from McAuliff''s article, "Warren blasted that [PCI] approach in a Senate floor speech Monday, saying that,  retirement security has become a "crisis" in America in which two-thirds of seniors depend on Social Security for the majority of their income."

She then went on to say in Michael's article that,"Chained CPI falls short of the actual increases in costs that seniors face, pure and simple," Warren said. "Chained CPI? It’s just a fancy way of saying cut benefits." She took special exception to a Monday Washington Post editorial that called expanding Social Security "wrongheaded" and suggested the nation should instead be more concerned about the higher percentage of children living in poverty. Warren said that argument was the "uglier side" of the debate."The suggestion that we have become a country where those living in poverty fight each other for a handful of crumbs tossed off the tables of the very wealthy is fundamentally wrong," Warren said. "This is about our values, and our values tell us that we don’t build a future by first deciding who among our most vulnerable will be left to starve."We don’t build a future for our children by cutting basic retirement benefits for their grandparents," Warren said. To forecasters predicting that Social Security is on the path to insolvency, Warren noted that the safety net is actually pretty sturdy at the moment."Social Security has a $2.7 trillion surplus. I did not want to rain in on Michael's parade since it is a great article. You guys aught to read his piece on Huff, and Elizabeth's fighting words. We need this kind of dedication and compassion in the next administration! Feeling vindicated here after touting this great article, and dedication by a compassionate public servant. Let me just say that we need to have more people like her that are on fire for the issues that resonate with every day folks and not just those of the special interests! Suffice it to say that politics on both sides of the aisles has become a bit too arrogantly cancerous and overly polluted with elitists carpetbaggers!

Think of it this way. Electors are voted in as fiduciaries of the people that have elected them into office. We shouldn't have to beg them to get them to do their jobs in the best interest of those who elected them. How foolish do Americans have to be when they elect officials who give them the shaft, each and every year? They were elected to make decisions about the funds the government gets to share, to distribute back into the society. Government programs, social programs, infrastructures, research and development, decease control, agriculture, academics, science, environment, defense, etc.,..!

The shame of it is; that like unborn children, the handicapped, poor, and underprivileged. All have the same thing in common with the aging. Their vulnerability to getting thrown under the bus. Not just only by those down on the ground floor. Family members, work mates, house mates, and care givers. But, those on top who sit behind desks all day, who get three square meals, whose bills are all paid for the most part, whose pensions are fat, who get to go on junkets, who only work three parts of the year, and who will never have to stand in line in a social security office; waiting to be called up.

If you don't have to worry about your retirement, spending the rest of your life alone somewhere wasting away, or having to make decisions about what protocol of care to take. When children don't have a choice whether they're going to live or die? As long as abortion hangs over their heads. When the poor, the handicapped, and the aging all have to sit back and wait. For those on Capital Hill to make decisions about life and death, over coffee and donuts! This is what America gets, when they elect bureaucrats to make decisions about what handouts they should get!" JRH-2015 NDMH-CRFN

A LEADER HAS TWO INNATE QUALITIES; VISION AND THE ABILITY TO ENGAGE IN THE CREATION OF IDEAS! 


No leadership is not just about people. Leadership is about having to make tough choices at the right time. Whether they're about layoff's, cutbacks, streamlining, geographical moves. In effect keeping the company afloat. Too many decision makers spoil the soup. But, the wrong decisions at the wrong time can sink a ship. When your people will fall behind you and follow you through the Red Sea? That means you have a dedicated and committed team aboard. But, if the leader does not know how to lead or when to lead you're in trouble. Everyone, has to be on the same page.

That is why periodic information sessions are paramount to keeping everyone abreast of; sales trends, profits-loses, expectations upswings-downswings, resource analysis, and expectations on manpower needs short and long term. You know the office party was nice, everyone came, but your the boss not the buddy. And you must be expected to make the tough decisions. There are some companies that have someone aboard with the alligator skin to know when to say no, when to say go, when to stay stop let's make a turn here. People trust someone who can call the shots with a straight face and still keep them engaged. As if it was their company, too. So, yes, but people follow a leader and not the other way around.

Guys on the field need someone to direct their actions, to hold them accountable. What just happened with one of the most important  and yet most  top secret organizations in the US?  I'll give you a hint; they got caught with their hands in the cookie jar. All night sex parties, drinking binges, hiring out and catering to individuals of disrepute. To engage in acts unbecoming officers sworn to protect the man and lady behind this nation's highest office. Imagine you being caught in that mess? People matter, but without the right leadership people have been known to sink better ships. Think about 2008, trading in commercially backed instruments whose paper was worth zero as much as the leverage that was supposed to be backing them.

Think about hundreds of sales people, bankers, loan officers, brokers, and too many others who made the same mistake. Ask your self can I afford to made the same mistake? Yes, people matter. People are always important in more ways than one. But, people who lack the leadership to propel them forward, to be up front and honest more times than often?  Are the people that will make or break a company or organization. People motivate sales, engage in kingdom building, will take a bullet for you if need be, they are in the forefront each and every day making money for you. So yes they matter! But, without vision my people perish!

No one that I ever knew became a millionaire from one day to the other without VISION.
It takes a giant to make the kinds of decisions that help propel a company; to keep it standing on one leg. Even when everyone else is crying, 'enough already'. Giants believe, they see what's ahead. When all others are still wondering what their next move is going to be? The giant has already planned out the next week or two, or month of IDEAS!
