PEOPLE WANT A LEADER THAT IS ENGAGED; SOMEONE WITH THE ALLIGATOR SKIN TO KNOW WHEN TO MAKE THE TOUGH DECISIONS; PEOPLE WILL FOLLOW!

A LEADER HAS TWO INNATE QUALITIES; VISION AND THE ABILITY TO ENGAGE IN THE CREATION OF IDEAS!
No leadership is not just about people. Leadership is about having to make tough choices at the right time. Whether they're about layoff's, cutbacks, streamlining, geographical moves. In effect keeping the company afloat. Too many decision makers spoil the soup. But, the wrong decisions at the wrong time can sink a ship. When your people will fall behind you and follow you through the Red Sea? That means you have a dedicated and committed team aboard. But, if the leader does not know how to lead or when to lead you're in trouble. Everyone, has to be on the same page.
That is why periodic information sessions are paramount to keeping everyone abreast of; sales trends, profits-loses, expectations upswings-downswings, resource analysis, and expectations on manpower needs short and long term. You know the office party was nice, everyone came, but your the boss not the buddy. And you must be expected to make the tough decisions. There are some companies that have someone aboard with the alligator skin to know when to say no, when to say go, when to stay stop let's make a turn here. People trust someone who can call the shots with a straight face and still keep them engaged. As if it was their company, too. So, yes, but people follow a leader and not the other way around.
Guys on the field need someone to direct their actions, to hold them accountable. What just happened with one of the most important and yet most top secret organizations in the US? I'll give you a hint; they got caught with their hands in the cookie jar. All night sex parties, drinking binges, hiring out and catering to individuals of disrepute. To engage in acts unbecoming officers sworn to protect the man and lady behind this nation's highest office. Imagine you being caught in that mess? People matter, but without the right leadership people have been known to sink better ships. Think about 2008, trading in commercially backed instruments whose paper was worth zero as much as the leverage that was supposed to be backing them.
Think about hundreds of sales people, bankers, loan officers, brokers, and too many others who made the same mistake. Ask your self can I afford to made the same mistake? Yes, people matter. People are always important in more ways than one. But, people who lack the leadership to propel them forward, to be up front and honest more times than often? Are the people that will make or break a company or organization. People motivate sales, engage in kingdom building, will take a bullet for you if need be, they are in the forefront each and every day making money for you. So yes they matter! But, without vision my people perish!
No one that I ever knew became a millionaire from one day to the other without VISION.
It takes a giant to make the kinds of decisions that help propel a company; to keep it standing on one leg. Even when everyone else is crying, 'enough already'. Giants believe, they see what's ahead. When all others are still wondering what their next move is going to be? The giant has already planned out the next week or two, or month of IDEAS!

"Sharia Law is an Extremist Radical Islamic law which allows for decapitation of human body parts. Resulting from open air accusations of crimes that one may or not be guilty of. For example another problem with it is where a husband can have a wife stoned to death in the middle of the street simply for saying she has been unfaithful. This law is not very tolerant of gays, thieves, Or even a child, for saying she or he has been accused of some other type infraction.
Let's hope this barbaric form of legal remediation against the accused in our society never comes to light, or accepted as common practice. Although, in New York City this form of legal(Sharia Law) remedy has been called on in matters of Islamic adjudication. Though, the severity of the punishment may vary. But, if allowed to become common practice the limits of punishment are usually not restricted by our form of government. In America we have a uniform system of laws and punishments.
I don't think we should be giving special preferences to those who may practice barbaric remediation's against the accused. But,the idea that one is driving down the road and one is seeing someone's wife getting her head chopped off. Is horrible and should never be accepted in the US. This is what Governor Jindal is directly speaking about. No doubt because unlike others, he has probably seen these victims and the blood strewn across the street! The first time you see a decapitation you will never be the same!
Other sides to Sharia Law are that you are not allowed to leave the faith. Those who who do can suffer immediate death. Women will experience little if any freedoms. Rape is an everyday occurrence for them, as well as children. If you did a search from Pakistan for example. On the number of young girls raped and then tortured, you would be shocked. What Americans still need -to stay focused on- is the onslaught of Radical Islam into every aspect of our lives. 9/11 must never be forgotten! Our enemies were let into our House(as Radical Islamists like to call America). They were let in, both from the rear doors and through the front doors. This is why now more than ever Americans need to be armed to the teeth and fighting this administrations Radical Islamist leanings.
Obama has told the American people,'Let me make it perfectly clear America is not at war with Islam!' But we definitely are at war with ten's of millions of Radical Islamists(living in just about every neighborhood in the US) and across the world. But, Obama never made mention of that problem. He never told Americans what he is doing to stop Radical Islamic Terrorists from inciting and formenting racial and sectarian hatred(anti-Christian and anti-Semite hatred)? Right here in the US?
Obama did say that Islam has a mosque in every state in the nation.
But, he did not tell us how he is determined to cleanse America from the scourge of Extremist Islamic Radicals. Who often use these mosques as training centers for preparing the next generation of Jihadist suicide bombers. Egyptian President Assisi is fed up with Radical Islamic Extremists and he has and continues to do something about it.

The sad thing about Axelrod, Obama, John Kerry,the pope, and so many others is that their narrative is an idealist one. Yet, tainted with wishes and hopes one has in a dream where despite beheadings of innocent men, women and children; one can make peace with such animals. Or make peace with animals who rape and torture little girls? As they parade them along in their mass wedding rituals. For all the people to see. Ignorantly enough, it seems Axelrod and those like him who so adore this happy ending fairy tale. Somehow refuse to see the trees for the forest.
The question that just begs to be asked to those who believe such outrages fantasies. Are as follows; where were you when ten's of thousands of Palestinian rockets -provided no-doubt- by your other idealist fairy tale actors in Iran? Rained down on innocent Jewish civilians?Where, were you when the bombs of Palestinian terrorists were going off in Synagogues, not just only in Israel but elsewhere. Where, were you when the young Jewish girl pushing the baby carriage was immediately murdered- with her child- by a Palestinian terrorist? Where, were you when Hamas and its Palestinian soldiers were using innocent civilians as cover.
While, they rained down rockets over Israel? Where, were you when those three young Jewish men were kidnapped in Israel and murdered not too far from their home; for the mere reason of being Jewish? Where, were you when the markets, the buses, the restaurants, the streets where the stabbings, and bombs, and gun fire went off. All aimed with one intention and one intention only. With the complete purpose of taking the lives of Jewish men, women, and children! How dare you go before the cameras with such a fairy tale?
Filled with complacency, urging equally, for compassion to be rendered to murderers and suicide bombers, and child rapists and anti-Semites as well? And when you wonder where the heck I can mingle all of these together? I'll tell you over again that the anti-Semite in Palestine is your bomber, your rapist, and anyone there who has sworn to kill all Jews. Till there are none left. By whatever means and wherever they are found. If you can be so blind or think that the global community can be so blind, that they cannot see, what is going on there? "It's no longer if Iran will get the bomb but, when? And it's not only if all hell is going to break out but, when? With Yemen now controlled by elements leaning towards Iran. The new regime there has taken control of a good chunk of a strategic geographical port of entry and egress for merchant and other maritime vessels. President Obama needs to mend fences with the man who just won a smashing victory in Israel. But, not surprisingly, yet sadly, he won't! He appears to have a not so private agenda borne -as we all know- from his far out leftist ideology. That divisive far left liberal policies do not mix with the more common conservative leaning domestic policies.
Of those who are on the ground each and every day and who know first hand the difference between right and wrong in such a volatile region. Obama appears to be walking in the foot steps of Jimmy Carter whose only remnants of legitimacy lie with the PA and Hamas. Since, if one does a good search on the internet one can see for oneself who his real buddies are. And further more, there is enough dirt on him on the net regarding his affairs with that crew whom President Obama calls good peace partners. A statement that would be unimaginable coming from a president other than Obama himself.
What is not being discussed here no doubt due to respect for the media's poster boy for further rating's. What they really need to be talking about are President Obama's, John Kerry's, Jimmy Carter's, the pope's and some others -bullying tactics- against Israel. As if they still individually or together could ever muster up enough rhetoric to overthrow one of the global community's most charismatic and legitimate voices on matters concerning terrorism and the future of the Middle East. With what the White House would want as Iran possessing nuclear weapons. Because, one would have to be insane as they appear to be by thinking that once all sanctions have been removed from Iran.
That it would not make good on its promise to facilitate these weapons with the full intentions of wiping Israel off the face of the Earth. And to think that the global community is stupid enough to believe the recent comments of Axelrod or any of the clowns I have previously mentioned. Who honestly appear to all have egg on their faces. As a result of Netanyahu's resounding defeat of all political opposition. During the wake of his smashing defeat of what was touted as his most prominent rivals. Right now what President Obama should be trying to do is apologizing to Netanyahu and trying to mend fences while at the same time distancing himself from this entire Iran spectacle.
Equally Obama should also be distancing himself from this charade of a two state solution which as Charles has just reiterated not in my words of course. But, that what I feel is a cesspool of global terrorism. How can any sane person agree to a two state solution when the PA is in partnership with one the global community's most active terrorist organizations. Which, I might ad has its tentacles scattered all over America as President Obama looks the other way. It's clear where his interests lie as well as those of the buffoons that he is surrounded with. Obama has made a complete fool of himself and needs to stop acting like some rouge world dictator. Because, honestly his team's foreign policies have been ridiculing America while helping to distance us from our allies, mainly Israel.
Everyone knows that Obama is in bed with so many unsavory characters that it would make a great Halloween movie. Not unlike I might add Jimmy Carter whom at any moment one might see him dashing across town in a limo accompanied by members of the same group who are opposed to Israel's very existence. So why not tell the truth? Why not come on here and oppose these clowns for what they really are? Because the national media is fearful of the backlash. It fears overly insulting a sitting President even though this man might be exacerbating 50 years of friendly relations with Israel. Even though this man and his gang of miscreants are thwarting all the policies that have been put in to place.
To help stem one of the global communities staunchest supporters of terrorism in the Middle East and abroad, from acquiring the bomb! A nation that has more to be responsible for the majority of all the worlds terrorist acts and who as we speak is heeling to amass weapons and financial support. For what it has said are its intentions to wipe Israel off the face of the map! But of course President Obama continues to antagonize -no doubt setting himself up- for some talk host position or spot commentator in some far out leftist media organization. He continues to antagonize those he should be supporting and he embraces those he should have had the common sense to have been distancing himself from, long ago!" JRH-2015 NDMH
